BFC Marine stands behind our Gator Trax aluminum boats and we warrant to any original owner that we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any hull found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect at no cost to the original purchaser for the first five (5) years. After 5 years, any repair due to a manufacturing defect will be made at a cost not to exceed $300 per incident to the original customer for the Lifetime of a BFC Marine Gator Trax aluminum boat.
This warranty applies to the boat hull, welds, and workmanship. This warranty does not cover the engine, electronics, wiring or trailer. Paint, specifically, has no warranty. Any warranty claims on products sold, but not manufactured by BFC Marine will be the responsibility of the original equipment manufacturer.
Warranty repairs will be made by BFC Marine or an authorized dealer.
Shipping charges to and from a BFC Marine location or an authorized dealer, are the responsibility of the customer. All other obligations or liabilities, including loss of use, inconvenience, commercial loss and consequential damages are hereby excluded. The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to an accident, adjustment, improper installation, misapplication, misuse, modification, neglect, repair, including but not limited to improper maintenance, salt water corrosion, or use of unauthorized parts or attachments.
Before returning any products, you must first contact a BFC Marine Customer Service Representative and request an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Products returned without obtaining an RMA will be rejected.
To obtain the RMA, contact BFC Marine at (225) 294-9991. Customer Service hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Thursday, and 8 am to 3 pm, Friday, CST.
After acquiring the RMA, all products / parts must be promptly returned, with the original receipt of purchase, to:
