Why the Tunnel?
The newly designed tunnel is great for running stumps, logs, rocks, and hard sand bottoms where every inch of water counts! Combined with the new Hyperdrive, you basically don't hit many underwater obstructions that you can't see!
Mud Buddy Edition
This hull is completley full of water. This is the difference in the Guide Edition and the Mud Buddy Edition in a nutshell. One has flotation and the other does not.

Shallow Water Features
Here you can see the angled transom that acts as a miniature rake at the rear of your hull for pushing it backwards in mud! You can also see the rounded chines that allow you to push pole sideways in mud, slip off of logs and banks, and keep you from sliding in turns. Everything about a Gator Trax is desinged to get the most out of your Mud Buddy motor!

This hull belongs to the owner of Mud Buddy, Glenn Foreman. It is one of many in his fleet of Gator Trax! You can see he has loaded it down with options and a 21" transom for big water use. In case you are wondering, Glenn, just like us, runs an 18x44. Hard to beat!
Standard 16x44MB
This is a stock hull with no options. Mud Buddy Editions come with rear bench foam box, foam under the floors, and foam under the front deck. This makes it have full level flotation.
Mud Buddy Editions are the official boat for Mud Buddy Backwater Motors! You will not find a better boat / motor combo anywhere!
16x44 MB Edition
Mud Buddy Editions come in 16, 17, 18, and 20 ft lengths. You can get 44", 50", or 54" bottoms to go with them.
